Had a pleasant experience with a well-maintained indoor pool and lovely on-site dining. The staff went above and beyond, providing complimentary food when my meal was mishandled. Definitely recommend exploring their delicious buffalo cauliflower appetizer. Just ensure to request essentials early, as service can be slow during peak times.

Our stay was great! The indoor pool and hot tub were amazing. The bar had a fantastic selection of Finger Lakes wines. We also loved the free shuttle service to the airport, making our trip hassle-free.

Maintaining focus on the details, the hotel faces some peculiar inconveniences. For starters, amenities like the spa weren't operational during my visit, which was a letdown given the price of over $300 for one night. I also found the fridge in my room malfunctioning—even after a replacement, it still didn't work, forcing me to buy drinks from the on-site store. To top it off, the room didn't come equipped with basic garbage bags, and when I needed one, their supply was limited to laundry bags. Additionally, I encountered noise issues from rambunctious children running through the hallways. Given these experiences, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a weekend stay unless you're prepared for such chaos.

I had a great stay! The breakfast buffet was delicious and the gym had all the essentials. However, the hot tub wasn’t working. I’d definitely come back.

The staff here was incredible, especially when my granddaughter hurt her foot. They jumped right in with bandaids and helped us with our luggage. The indoor pool and hot tub were clean and perfect for the kids. We even enjoyed a couple good dinners at the bar, which was a nice treat.

My kids wished the spa would have been open, as it would have given us more options for downtime.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and found it easy to explore local attractions, like the beautiful Greece Canal Park just under 5 km away. the convenient dining options nearby, including Outback Steakhouse just a short walk from my room, made my experience even better as I could sample various foods after a day strolling around the city.

It was just a fine choice for a relaxing holiday in Rochester with extraordinarily good value for money. The staff handled a personal emergency I had with my hearing aids exceptionally well, shipping them to me fast. Make sure to check about any incidental fees before you arrive.
